Ad hoc support for those that aren't quite ready for the full package but need help and fast, we're available where and when you need us.

Part-time Assistance
3 hours of professional IT and technical support each month for you and the team.
Remote support for all I.T. related support for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, computers, network, broadband and phones. Included Services: Microsoft 365 or Google, Workspace license, Antivirus subscription for each user.

6 hours professional IT and technical support each month for all home + business users.
Remote support for all I.T. related support for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, computers, network, broadband and phones. Included Services: Microsoft 365 or Google, Workspace license, Antivirus subscription.
$135+gst /hour
$65+gst / user monthly*
$95+gst / user monthly*
*Minimum 10 users, 12 month commitment. Subscription offering is based on Google Workplace Standard and Microsoft 365 Business Standard. Discounts apply for 30+ users. Service Level Agreement contract to be signed by both parties. Onsite support is charged at $135+gst per hour within 30 minutes drive from Mangawhai Central, minimum of 1 hour then 15 min increments.
