Terms and Conditions: August Video Production Promotion
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the August Video Production Promotion offered by OConnor Ltd. By booking this promotion, the client agrees to the following terms:
1. Promotion Details
The August Video Production Promotion is available for a total price of $575 + GST. This package includes:
30 minute pre-production to discuss the requirements and plan the shoot session.
A two-hour video shoot.
A final, edited 60-second video. This video will be delivered in two formats:
Widescreen (16:9) suitable for platforms like YouTube and website.
Vertical (9:16) suitable for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.
Basic logo animation at the beginning and/or end of the video.
A licensed soundtrack.
2. Booking and Payment
This promotion is only valid for video shoots scheduled and completed during the month of August 2025.
A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total price ($287.50 + GST) is required to secure a booking date.
The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final video.
3. Location and Travel
The video shoot location must be within a 20km radius of Mangawhai, Northland NZ.
Travel to locations outside of this 20km radius will incur an additional charge, which will be quoted and agreed upon before the booking is confirmed.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary assets, such as a high-resolution logo, before the shoot date.
The client must ensure that all permissions are granted for filming at the chosen location.
The client agrees to provide timely feedback during the editing process. Delays in feedback may affect the delivery timeline.
5. Final Delivery
The final videos will be delivered digitally via a secure link.
The client is entitled to one round of minor revisions on the final edited video. Any additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.
By booking this promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
